Three prizes, valued at approximately $4,000 each, to attend the writing program at the Ezra Pound Center for Literature in Merano, Italy, or the Summer Writing Workshops in San Miguel de Allende, Mexico, or in Montpelier, France, are given annually to a poet, a fiction writer, and a creative nonfiction writer who have not published a book in the genre in which they are applying. The prize includes full tuition, lodging, and airfare. Submit up to three pages of poetry or 12 pages of prose with a $25 entry fee by January 31.
